The Juvenile Club would like to congratulate and wish the best of luck to Gortnahoe N.S. who have 3 teams contesting County Finals in Cuman na mBunscol. It is a fantastic achievement to get one team to a County Schools final but to get three teams into finals is an Outstanding achievement for any school. All matches will be played over the next 2 days in Semple Stadium, the details are as follows.

U13 hurling V Cappawhite at 9.15am tomorrow (Thursday 25th)

U11 hurling V Donskeagh at 3.40pm on Friday (26th)

U13 Camogie V Fethard at 5.15pm on Friday (26th)

We ask as many as possible to come along and support the teams in their endeavours.

We hope that all the players enjoy their experience of playing in Semple Stadium and we wish them all the best of luck. We would also like to compliment Muinteoir David on his hard work in preparing these teams and also to Kevin Slattery who trains the children in the three national schools in the parish and the playschool in Gortnahoe. We would also like to acknowledge the great work being done by our trainers and mentors at juvenile level in both the Gaa and Camogie Clubs with a our young players.
