Following on from a successful workshop last year Gary Mernagh is running an adult hurling drills workshop in Thurles Sarsfields Clubhouse on Saturday 20th January from 11.30am to 3.30pm with a 1/2 hour break for lunch that will be provided on the day.

Workshop will involve up to 30 of the coaches in attendance briefly outlining a drill they currently use in the areas of warmup/defensive play/attacking play/conditioned games & fitness. Discussion on the day will then allow us to develop drill progression etc and there will also be a 1 hour practical session at the end.

Workshop will be recorded and a copy of this as well as a full PowerPoint presentation of all the drills will be sent to all participants to allow them to bring the knowledge back to their clubs/counties.
Cost for workshop is €40.
