Under 12 hurling

Hard luck to our Under 12 Group 2 team who lost ours by one point to Upperchurch in the Mid Final. They all tried so hard and it was a pity we came up just short. Nonetheless it was a great experience for all of them and they will keep developing. Thanks for all the support and thanks to the Juvenile Club for treating the players in Supermacs after the game. Cul Camp this week so there will be no training. Hope all enjoy the week.

Minor hurling

Our Minor hurlers have qualified for a Mid semi final by virtue of a 1-14 to 1-12 victory at home to Boherlahan last Wednesday night. They now play Holycross in Littleton Wednesday at 7pm

Under 14 hurling

Our U14’s play Drom & Inch on Tuesday 6th aug @ 19:00 in the Mid semifinal, this will take place in pairc na nóg

Under 16 hurling

Hard luck to our under 16s who Lost the B2 final on Monday last to Boherlahan but now go through to B1 Semi on Monday 12th or Tuesday 13th v Drom & Inch

Under 10 hurling

U10

Due to Cúl Camp this week there will be no training on Tuesday or Saturday - matches will be arranged in the coming weeks

Our camp commences on Monday 5th please sign in your child every day from 9.45am - we look forward to another enjoyable week!

Camogie News

U 8 Camogie girls had a great game against St Patrick’s Drangan and Cloneen on Wednesday evening . Great work girls well done .

Our u6 and 10s also played Drangan in Cloneen Wednesday evening last, thanks to Drangan for the games

Hard luck to Junior team who lost out to Butlerstown on Monday night.

Club Lotto

There was no winner of the lotto jackpot worth €6,200 which was held in the Community Hall Gortnahoe, Numbers drawn were 3,12,16,17. Lucky dip winners were Anne Guidera c/o Geraldine Holohan, Kenneth Stanley Urard, Catherine Colleton Urlingford, Peggy Maher Gortnahoe, Sellers Prize Keith Corbett Gortnahoe, Next week s draw on the 1st of August to be held in Mary Willies, Jackpot €6,400.
