Adjourned convention
The adjourned convention will take place on Friday 31st Jan at 8pm in the club rooms. All nominations for selectors to be text to Michael on (087) 277 1494
U21 Football
Thanks to Killenaule who provided us with a very worth while challenge game ahead of the u21 championship. We await details of the first round fixture, the competition is being held up as we seek clarification on the availability of first year Minors.
Inaugural road hurling tournament
This promises to be a fun filled event on Sunday 23rd February. Teams will be made up of 4 participants with each team having:
One - Adult hurler,
One - Adult Non Hurler
One - Under 14 to Minor hurler
One - Under 16 to Junior Camogie player.
This event is not open to other clubs for this year but will be next year.
We will post the rules of the competition and layout of the course in the next week.
All participants must wear some form of club gear on the day. Refreshments and presentation of prizes will take place after the event.

Camogie News
Our Camogie Club were well represented by many of our members in the last two weekends in the Schools Munster and Leinster Camogie Finals.
The 11th began with two finals contested. The first on the day was the Presentation Thurles beating Fermoy in the Junior C Munster Final in the Ragg. Three of our club members played on this team as follows: Kate Laffan (Captain), Helen Cleere and Amy Reddan.
The second game of the day saw Ursuline Thurles winning their Senior A Munster Final against St. Angela's Waterford at WIT. Eimear Power represented Club.
The 18th January another 3 Finals were contested as follows:
Ursuline Thurles were beaten in the Junior A Munster Final by a strong Clonakilty team in Mahon Cork. Eimear Power, Aoife Lanigan and Ciara Hogan represented the Club in this game.
Meanscoil San Niochlas were beaten by Waterpark at De La Salle. Grace Campion represented Club in this game and
Colaiste Mhuire Johnstown won their Senior D Leinster Final against Mullingar in Haywood. Club/Parish were represented by Laura Purcell, Ellen Campion, Aoife Ryan and Mary Ann Purcell.
We wish Ciara Gleeson, Geraldine Ryan and Eimear Dunne the very best of luck as they represent our Club in their Junior Munster School Final on Monday next 20th January against the Crescent Limerick in Ballingarry GAA pitch at 12:30.

Congrats to Brian Maher who was involved in Tipperary U20 footballers Andrew Corden Cup win over Carlow on Saturday
Tipp won out 1-12 to 0-13 in the end. Brian was involved at wing back earlier in the week v C.I.T and did well considering he only joined the panel 2 weeks ago. Well done Brian.
Club Lotto
There was no winner of the lotto jackpot worth 2,400€ , Numbers drawn were 4,19,20 & 24. Lucky dip winners were Ann Ryan Glengoole, Jer Peters Rathdowney, Billy Barnaville Gortnahoe, Teresa Casey c/o Mary Willies , Sellers Prize Mary Corcoran Grange , Next weeks draw will be held on the 23 rd of January in Corcoran s Grange , Jackpot 2,600€
