This time a week ago our Under 21 hurlers went into a Mid semi final replay after coming from 9 points down in the drawn encounter with Boherlahan l.

A week later and they now stand 60 mins from a county title after their mid week win over Sars in the mid final Wednesday and today's excellent county semi final victory over Cashel.

We ran out 2-12 so 1-12 winners in a game which we starred slowly, trailing  0-4 to 0-1 after 10 mins. Enter Keane Hayes, 2 goals from th corner forward got us going and we led by 3 at half time. 

A bright start to the second half saw us push 7 ahead but then came the onslaught from Cashel. They had the margin down to 2 with minutes remaining but this team refused to give in as has been the case all year and saw out the game to win by 3.

We now face a Templederry/Ballinahich combo in the final which will probably take place next Sunday. Time date and venue to follow
